IN UTERO - Ljubljana

We invite you to a screening of the movie In Utero (you can see the trailer at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rtt-62U9XYs ). 

The movie deals with the exploration of intrauterine development and its influence on personality shaping.

The theme of the movie is very close to the method of integral development dynamics CIR INTEUP, where with a body-oriented approach we carefully approach the earliest experiences of our lives, which are recorded in our body and originate from the womb. As part of the debate, we will explore, in what way body transformation can support the psychotherapy process.

With this event we want to bring together everyone who is interested in the field of psychotherapy, both experts and researchers on the path of personal development, in order to bring psychotherapy as an activity closer to the general public and improve the mental health of our surroundings. In doing this, we want to support and open a space for connection and mutual inspiration and inspiration.

Workshop Conscious Body: a space of safety and trust

Tomorrow 9/21/14 The workshop Conscious Body: a space of safety and trust will be held, which will be led by the educator and the leader of CIR INTEUP Nina Senečić. The goal of the workshop is greater awareness of our body, nervous system and interoception as well as the experiences we carry and which determine us to a great extent, until we give them options and enlighten them with our consciousness.
